For Health ProfessionalsWini's extensive experience in creating diabetes programs allows her to efficiently assess and implement intelligent, effective programs that are self-sustaining after her initial consultation has been completed. Having completed the American Diabetes Association Recognition Application in Manhattan, Kansas, Wini has provided guidance to hospitals in McPherson, Kansas and Holton, Kansas as they develop their diabetes education programs and apply for ADA recognition. She also provides guidance to physician clinics as they develop diabetes programs that can be recognized by the American Diabetes Association. Health care agencies are obligated to provide their clients with diabetes care that follows the current standards of diabetes care and management. Based on your agencies goals and desired outcomes, Wini can update diabetes policies and procedures and create patient education records and resources specific to your agency and client population.
